I have been actively involved in real estate investing since 2004.   For the first few years, I focused on buying and selling real estate with creative financing.   Then, I built spec homes in and around Charlottesville, VA.   Once I sold my last spec home at the end of 2009, I again specialized in buying and selling real estate through creatively-structured transactions, including owner financing, lease purchase / rent-to-own, taking over mortgage payments, purchase and sale options, exchanges, and auctions.
